I just wanted to send you a quick email and thank you very much for all your help with catering my sons Communion on Saturday. I had so many compliments on the food and everyone wanted to know where we got it from and the cake, oh the cake was so good too. I was handing out storage containers for ones who wanted to take home some left over's because everything was so good the wanted more but just could not eat anymore ... LOL. That three cheese tortellini was a HUGE hit with adults and children. Your delivery guy was also very prompt and quick, you hardly knew he was even there.

Over three weeks have passed since our wedding and our friends and families continue to compliment the evening. "Exquisite" is the word we often hear to describe our wedding day. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the delightful service that we received. All aspects of the reception were up to our expectations and above.
The quality and the quantity of the food was incredible! My parents were extremely pleased with the food and felt that they received excellent value for what they paid for. The compliments continue to come-in commending the food, especially the delicious and abundant cocktail hour. The deluxe seafood bar was an excellent addition greatly enjoyed.

My apologies as I never got to say thank you before you left our facilities a week ago Friday for the Dedication at our new facilities. I actually got to sit down for 10 minutes and eat some of the delicious food - but was hounded the next day by scores of employees and friends who also were raving over what a great job your Team did for our event.

We both know that this event was such a success because of you and your magic. I knew you could work wonders with the school parking lot, but even I was blown away. Millers did a fine job putting it all up and taking it all down, no small job.
The food was simply amazing! My favorite is still your eggplant. People couldn't get over the spread you prepared. Your staff was wonderful, very professional and very helpful. No request went unattended.
Not that you ever need recommendations, but I would be more than happy to sing your praises to anyone who wants to hear it.

Today is the day after my daughter's wedding and I feel compelled to write you this letter commending you on the quality of you facility and the professionalism of you staff. Fred transformed a planned outdoor event into a beautiful ceremony with seemingly little effort. His professional demeanor quieted the concerns of all that had spent the last year planning this "perfect" occasion. He anticipated and satisfied our every need with great skill. My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed his amiable personality. We trusted him to carry out our celebration plans, and he did so to our complete satisfaction. I am sure he must be one of your most valued employees.

We were extremely pleased with the celebration you helped us plan for our daughter. Your staff's participation in the planning made the process almost "too easy." It appeared that all details were being addressed, and on the evening of the actual event, those details that were not discussed ahead of time were dealt with professionally by your staff in a most satisfactory, if not exceptional fashion. The quality of the food when supplied to large numbers of people simultaneously is always a concern to me. Typically, I can only hope that the food is adequate. The general conclusion was that the food was in fact outstanding. Nearly every dish from the cocktail hour, through the main meal, and desserts were all met with general raves.
After having heard numerous "horror stories" by others, you always expect there to be several "last minute surprises." I am pleased to say that all our such surprises were positive experiences.
Lastly, and probably most importantly, the entire staff that evening went out of their way to assure that all our needs were met. Our lofty expectations were not only met, but also clearly exceeded. Once again, we would like to thank you and your staff for your assistance in making our celebration an evening to remember. We are extremely appreciative.

I just want to extend my thanks to you and your staff for the wonderful way in which you hosted my retirement function on April 11. The venue, food, presentation, décor, etc. were outstanding. The function was a retirement party for our Vice Chairman, and the majority of the guests were officers of the company—either current or retired. A "rough crowd" to please. However, I received nothing but compliments throughout the evening as well as over the next several days.

From start to finish, everything was superb! Your excellent reputation for fine catering, as well as the very professional way you and the other members of your staff handled all the arrangements beforehand, made us very comfortable with our choice. And when the day came, we were extremely pleased.
Your catering staff is outstanding, handling every detail with ease and allowing us to be carefree for the entire time we were there! As host and hostess, we had not a worry or concern from the moment we entered the cocktail hour, so we enjoyed every minute of the celebration!
The presentation was quite elegant and as each treat was tasted, we were never disappointed. The amount of food was impressive.
